Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking a Sales Executive for one of our clients! Our client is a premier provider of continuing postgrad dental implant education for over 30 years. With a long-standing reputation for excellence, they have established themselves as the nation's largest and most prestigious provider of dental implant courses. As a Sales Executive, you will deliver exceptional customer service to healthcare professionals seeking to expand their knowledge and skills through a diverse range of courses and programs. You will be the first point of contact for valued clients, addressing their inquiries and providing essential information. You will be responsible for managing a high volume of phone and email inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that the doctors receive the highest level of service possible.

Structure & Compensation

  • Full-Time Opportunity - W2 Position with Benefits
  • $36,000 - $60,000/yr base ( depends on experience) + commission + bonus
  • On Target Earnings 1st Year $75,000 - $100,000/yr+
  • Current reps are achieving north of $150,000/yr+
  • Office located in Aventura, FL by Greynolds Park
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm)
  • Position requires some weekend availability during event dates

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Follow-up & respond to all sales leads generated in the system to increase sales
  • Coordinate lecturers, F&B, A/V, exhibitors & attendees for on-site and virtual courses
  • Assist the Sales Team with marketing initiatives and sales promotions, including assigned client visits and trade show participation
  • Complete work assignment within assigned deadlines, on time and with minimal errors to ensure quality customer experiences
  • Maintains course catalog and enrollment information for attendees
  • Market services to existing and prospective customers
  • Speaks clearly and persuasively; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions; participates in meetings
  • Precise data entry skills for recording call notes and categorizing contacts in CRM
  • Communicate with customers to confirm orders, update on orders progress, and shipping
  • Manage all administrative duties, including ordering promotional supplies and course setup materials
  • Consults with customers and coordinate with staff to plan and develop schedule, topics, and featured speakers
  • Proficient user of computer and basic computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

  • Must be able to work a variety of hours to accommodate events, including travel to various site locations
  • Availability to answer phone calls outside of regular business hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to travel domestically

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
